1.- Identity of the person in charge of the file

2.- Purpose of processing
ECODES will process the information provided by the USER for:
Conduct public awareness campaigns or actions on climate change with a special emphasis on citizens’ commitments to climate change.
Create an automatic public profile after confirmation via email from the person, company, organisation or public administration. This public profile may be deactivated from the user’s control panel. Users with an activated public profile may, on a voluntary basis, complete the profile with information such as their profile image, links to websites and networks, geolocation, climate actions carried out, adherence to challenges and other actions derived from the activity of the WEB site.
The email address provided by the USER when creating the profile will not be publicly visible.
Use and publish ideas on ways to limit climate change provided by registered users through this WEBSITE and in the form of POSTs that users will voluntarily publish, being responsible for the rights of third parties that such information may generate.
Exchange and report experiences in the field and the fight against global warming through e-mail, browser notifications or any other electronic notification technology.

To manage, administer, provide, extend and improve the services to which the USER has decided to subscribe. If expressly indicated by the USER when subscribing to the specific utility, to publish their data in the search engine “map of knowledge of climate change in Spain”.
Adapt these services to improve their quality for the USER.
To carry out statistical studies on an aggregate and anonymous basis, which allow for the design of improvements in the services provided.
Send commercial information about our products and services in accordance with articles 21 and 22 of Law 34/2002, on information society services and electronic commerce.
The USER consents to the processing of his/her data for the purposes described above, without prejudice to his/her right to revoke said consent by sending an e-mail to comunidad@porelclima.es, identifying him/her as a USER of the WEBSITE and specifying his/her request or, where appropriate, by ticking the box provided for this purpose on the form itself.
3.- Recipients of the information
The data provided by the USER to ECODES will not be communicated to any other third party, unless:
The assignment is authorised by law.
The data are requested by the Ombudsman, the Public Prosecutor’s Office or the Judges or Courts or the Court of Auditors, in the exercise of the functions attributed to them.
4.- Mandatory or optional nature of the requested information
The mandatory data for each form will be identified as such on the form itself.
Refusal to provide this information will prevent the service requested by the USER from being provided.
5.- Exercise of rights
The USER may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, limitation and portability in relation to their data, as well as to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, all by sending an e-mail to the following address comunidad@porelclima.es, by identifying yourself as a USER of the WEBSITE and specifying your request.
The USER may also exercise the rights described above by ordinary mail to the address Plaza San Bruno, Nº 9, 50001 Zaragoza, identifying themselves as USER of the WEBSITE, providing a photocopy of their ID card or equivalent document and specifying their request.
6.- Commitments of the USER
The USER guarantees that he/she is over 14 years of age and that the information provided is accurate and truthful.
By providing his/her image data, the USER gives his/her express consent for its use and publication in different audiovisual media that ECODES has or may have in the future.
The USER undertakes to inform ECODES of any changes to the information provided by sending an e-mail to the following address comunidad@porelclima.es, identifying yourself as a USER of the WEBSITE and specifying the information to be modified.
Likewise, the USER undertakes to keep the passwords and identification codes secret and to inform ECODES as soon as possible in the event of loss, theft or unauthorised access. Until such notification is made, ECODES shall be exempt from any liability that may arise from the improper use of such passwords and identification codes by unauthorised third parties.
7.- Third party data provided by the USER
In the event that the USER provides personal data of third parties for any purpose, he/she guarantees that he/she has previously informed the affected parties and obtained their consent for the communication of their data to ECODES.
The USER guarantees that the persons concerned are over 14 years of age and that the information provided is accurate and truthful.
ECODES will verify the consent of those affected by means of a first e-mail with non-commercial content in which verification of the consent granted on their behalf by the USER will be requested.
In the event of liability arising from a breach of these conditions by the USER, the USER shall be liable for the consequences of such breach.

ECODES has adopted the necessary technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, whether from human action or the physical or natural environment.
However, the USER must be aware that security measures on the Internet are not impregnable.
10. Data maintenance
The data will be kept for the period necessary to fulfil its purposes and, in any case, up to 5 years from the last activity of the user.
